Driver
Frédéric Vervisch
Frédéric Vervisch has notched up multiple championship victories during his career. The Belgian national made the move from karting to single-seaters as a teenager and quickly progressed, finishing as runner-up in the 2007 German F3 Championship before taking the title in 2008. That same year he won the Asian F3 Championship – a breakout season that solidified his place as a rising star.
Vervisch headed Stateside in 2009 to compete in Formula Atlantic, winning the Rookie of the Year title and taking fourth place in the overall standings.
After a two-year stint in Superleague Formula in 2010 and 2011, where he took multiple wins, Vervisch entered the world of sports car racing. Over the past few years, Fred has won many Blancpain GT Series (now known as GT World Challenge Europe) races, honing his craft against some of the top GT3 competitors in the world.
In 2019, he took a breakthrough victory at the Nürburgring 24 Hours and followed that up with a second victory in 2022. Two wins at the notoriously tough Macau adds to Vervisch’s record as an assured race winner.
After joining the Ford sports car driver squad in late 2023, Vervisch made his debut in the Ford Mustang GT3 at Daytona the following year, alongside Joey Hand and Dirk Müller, with follow up appearances at the endurance rounds at Sebring and Petit Le Mans. He also completed a full endurance cup season in GT World Challenge Europe, racing a Proton Competition Mustang GT3, alongside Chris Mies and Dennis Olsen.
It was announced in November 2024 that Vervisch would contest the full 2025 IMSA season in the #65 Ford Mustang GT3.
