We came, we saw and we gave it everything we had.
 
The Ford Multimatic Mustangs came home 5th (64) and 6th (65) after 12 hours of hard and fast racing at Sebring.  Strong teamwork delivered perfect pitstops and clever strategy and the fight was close, all the way to the flag. Both Mustangs took points and came home unscathed, ready to fight another day. And we’re still leading the championship! ...

Darkness is falling fast at Sebring. With just 2 hours to go in this 12 hour endurance race, anything could happen. The Mustangs are currently running 2nd and 5th.

Pedal to the metal!

As we approach the end of the first hour of the #Sebring12 the @fordperformance Mustangs are running in P6 (64) and P8 (65) and making good progress.

This is the time to settle into the rhythm of the race, stay on the lead lap and stay out of trouble.

On we go… ...

Sebring Qualifying was tough but we are in the fight and ready to race.

Here’s what @chrismies had to say after the session…

“We’ve been struggling a bit this week with balance but the car is feeling good now. It’s hard to know where the limit is for qualifying if you haven’t found the sweet spot in the practice sessions but I think that was a decent lap. We have worked hard as a team to improve the car and it’s good that we have found the issues and now have a car we can race. Starting position doesn’t matter so much at Sebring. We have a great team behind us so we can still have a shot.“
