The #55 Mazda RT24-P will start the 2021 Rolex 24 at Daytona from the front row of the grid after finishing in second place in the Motul Pole Award 100 race.
The 100-minute dash was the first time the starting positions for the Rolex 24 have been decided by a qualifying race, as opposed to a traditional qualifying session and Oliver Jarvis and Harry Tincknell made sure that the Mazda earned a top spot.
The 59th Rolex 24 at Daytona gets underway on Saturday 30 January at 15:40hrs local time. US viewers can catch the action on NBCSN and international viewers can tune in at IMSA.TV.
